Every corporate story begins with an idea.

As business veterans and friends, we had seen it over and over - team members spending valuable time on the same task again and again. For example, how many times did HR personnel get asked about PTO days, and why couldn’t that information be automated and available to the employee without taking the HR person’s time away from other activities? Or, why did a clerk need to hand type invoices - couldn’t that information be pulled from a database and auto-generated?

Therein AIM consulting was born. We are business executives who led organizations and/or teams within the automotive, supply chain, consulting, oil and gas distribution, manufacturing and non-profit industries. Our goal is to harness the power of AI and our own business experiences to help make others more successful.
