For example, how many times did HR personnel get asked about PTO days, and why couldn’t that information be automated and available to the employee without taking the HR’s time away from other activities? Or, why did a clerk need to hand type invoices - couldn’t that information be pulled from a database and generated? Therein AIM consulting was born.
